Cookie and Tracking Notice

Effective August 20, 2026

This short notice explains how browser technologies are used on the Casa del Arte website.

Necessary technologies

Serving these pages and running the embedded booking flow may require cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies that are necessary for those functions to work — for example keeping the booking widget's state while you use it, and ordinary security and delivery functions provided by our hosting.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party analytics cookies and browser storage to measure how the site is used. Google advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off, so these are measurement cookies only.

We also store limited campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and Google click identifiers such as gclid) in your browser's own local and session storage, so we can see which campaign brought a visit. No advertising or remarketing cookies or pixels, session recording, fingerprinting, lead-capture or email marketing tools are used on this site.

Our hosting provider may also collect limited technical and usage information through hosting-provided analytics to operate, secure and understand how the site is used. This is hosting analytics, not a Casa-configured advertising service.

These measurement cookies are on sitewide. We disclose them here instead of showing a consent pop-up, so there is no banner and no on-page preference control. You can block or clear them at any time with your browser's privacy settings, tracking protection or an extension. If we introduce any advertising or marketing tools, we will update this notice before they are released.

The booking flow

The booking flow is embedded from Hospitable and runs in Hospitable's own context. What it uses in your browser and why is described in Hospitable's own policies.

Your browser controls

Your browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent the booking flow from working properly.

Changes

If what we use changes, we will update this notice and change the effective date shown at the top. Questions: chris@analog.properties.
