Cerritos Point
Above the beach, with the break in view
Pico sits at the high point of The Point at Cerritos, looking over the beach and toward the surf break. The name is literal, and so is the view.
You can check the water from the balcony, walk down when it looks right, and come back up when the day is done. No car required.

Kitchen, living room, two bedrooms
Living, cooking and sleeping happen in one open room, with pale wood, white stone and a lot of afternoon light. Two bedrooms, three beds, two baths.
Someone makes coffee, someone takes the sofa, sandy things end up by the door. It's a real kitchen, so most nights you can cook if you'd rather not drive.

The rooftop
One more flight up is the roof, which is private to this home: a soaking tub, an outdoor kitchen, and enough room to sit out and watch the light go off the water.
The two patios are yours as well. The pool and outdoor shower downstairs are shared with the rest of the complex.
