The point of being here
Above the beach, with the break in view
Pico sits at the top of The Point at Cerritos, looking over the beach and toward the Cerritos surf break. The name is literal: it is the high point of the building.
The practical luxury is simple. You can see the water from the house, walk down to the sand, and come home again without getting into a car.

The day ends where it began, one floor higher. The rooftop belongs to this home alone: an outdoor kitchen, open sky, hills on one side and the water on the other.
Someone stays at the rail a while longer. The soaking tub on the roof is available to guests.
