Arrival

Up the stairs to the top floor

Pico is the top-floor home at The Point at Cerritos. There's no elevator, so plan on carrying bags up the stairs. Parking is on site.

Once you're up, the whole home is yours, patios and rooftop included.

Living room

One open room with the windows on the water side

Living, cooking and sitting happen in one room. Pale wood, white stone, a sofa you can actually nap on, and corner windows that pull the light in through the afternoon.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and a washer and dryer for sandy towels.

Kitchen

A real kitchen, so you can cook

Full range, island to work at, proper counter space and cabinets that are actually stocked with what you need to cook a meal for four.

Most nights you can eat in rather than drive somewhere.

Bedrooms

Two bedrooms, three beds

Three beds across the two bedrooms, for up to four guests. Both rooms are quiet and dark enough to sleep late, with wardrobe space for a longer stay.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms

Two full bathrooms, one with a double vanity, so four people getting ready at once isn't a negotiation.

Patios and rooftop

Two private patios, and the roof above them

The two patios belong to the home. You can check the water from the balcony in the morning and eat out there at the end of the day.

One more flight up is the rooftop, private to this home, with a soaking tub, an outdoor kitchen and room to sit out. The pool and outdoor shower downstairs are shared with the rest of the complex.
